Need a stronger handle assembly.
This product was good until I lifted by the handle and discovered that the handle could handle a simple task of going over the doorway floor entry. Two inches and the handle broke. This product is definitely over price.

The handle will 100% break.........don't buy!
We love the wagon itself.....have had it for 4-5 years. The handle is VERY cheap plastic and will crack/break the first time it hits concrete.....100% guaranteed! This is the ONLY guarantee you will get from Rawlings with this purchase. This will make your wagon useless until you figure out how to rig something and then it looks like a $170 wagon with a white-trash handle. Rawlings offers no replacement handle of any kind but will offer you an apology for your inconvenience.

Disappointed in AZ from
Poor Quality. Worse Customer Service.
Bought this less than a year ago and handle completely broke. For the price and expected quality this was an extreme disappointment. Handle came off while pulling the wagon up a hill w/ all the equipment in it. Rolled down the hill and hit a car.
To make it worse, Rawlings customer service/warrant department has been a nightmare to work with. Lots of hoops to jump through and takes about 10 days to reply to each message just to get more hoops to jump through. Customer service shouldn't be this hard!
