I had to call 5 times and purchase the gift card a second time before I got a working gift card. The only reason I purchase de gift card in the first place is because I was able to apply a 20% coupon code. The discounted price as reflected on the transaction confirmation and on my credit card (preauthorization), but my card was later charged for the full amount (after the gift card was used). One of the items purchased with the gift card was back ordered so I decided to get a refund for that item. The gift card was never credited. After 5 more calls, still no resolution.
