Ordered 11 for our team, can't use any of them
Bought these helmets for my entire 11u baseball team in our team colors. Ordered Youth size because all our 9, 10 , and 11 year old boys wear hat sizes within the measurement range provided for the youth helmet. Helmets received were very small, wouldn't fit or cover the heads of any of our players, and was noticeably smaller than other youth Rawlings helmets the boys previously owned. Rawlings refused to acknowledge there is any issue and would not allow any exchanges or refunds. We have spent $1,000 for a team worth of helmets that none of the boys can use. Would strongly recommend spending your money with a manufacturer who will stand by their product and work with you to correct an obvious issue with their product and advertising.
