EXTREMELY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE
ORDERED THIS GLOVE WAS SENT SOMETHING COMPLETELY DIFFERENT. CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE 4X WAS TOLD THE CORRECT GLOVE WOULD BE EXPEDITED TO ME ASAP. WAITED 6 DAYS AND STILL NOTHING. FINALLY GOT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO INFORM ME CORRECT GLOVE WAS SHIPPED OUT. CHECKED TRACKING NUMBER AND IT WAS SENT VIA GROUND (NEVER EXPEDITED).
THIS IS THE SECOND CUSTOMER SERVICE ISSUE I HAVE HAD WITH RAWLINGS. PRIOR GLOVE ORDERED WAS SHIPPED WITH SECURITY TAG STILL ON IT.
