Great Glove
Bought this model a few months ago. It's the third Rawlings HOH I've had. Loved them all. It came Ready-2-Go, however it still needed some work. I use glove conditioner and really work with it to break it in to my liking. Leather is soft but still sturdy. I'll definitely keep buying from Rawlings, and recommend HOH to any player at any level. It's worth it.
