Terrible quality
First time buying direct. I purchased 10 dozen of these balls for the 2023 season, and they were terrible. For the last 10 years I've been buying 30-50 dozen Rawlings balls a year for our local little league from online vendors like Amazon or Baseballsavings.com and have never had a problem. These balls were soft, almost squishy, the leather was loose and it was clearly wrinkled. I tried to contact Rawlings customer service via email and their website and no response, I finally reached someone on the phone who claimed they did not get my message or emails but my email had return receipt, t so I know they received it. Anyway, he told me to take pictures of some of the balls to show the defects and send email them to customer service. I did and was ignored again, I reached out a couple more time but by then our season was over and we used the balls because we didn't have anything else. This year I bought Diamond baseballs. If they're good I'll keep buying them. I've always been a big Rawlings fan but not now after such terrible customer service, or no customer service.
