A Bag That Lasts
I'm in my 6th year carrying this backpack. I use it to carry my laptop for work, and as my personal bag when I travel. It has seen the world, and multiple backseats. I've tossed it around and hardly given it much more than a rub down every now and again, and still am complimented on it weekly. Not a single stitch has pulled in the time I've been carrying it, and I expect it to hang in there for years to come.

Heirloom quality
I played softball in college and my glove growing up was a Rawlings. So when my husband and I were expecting our first baby, my family bought me this backpack in place of a diaper bag. I’ve been using it for 4 months now and it has plenty of room for baby’s stuff as well as my own. It has two big pockets on the inside, one is padded for a laptop, so I can see myself using this for years to come for everyday use too, not just a “diaper bag.”

Love the bag but the zipper broke after 4 years.
I absolutely love this bag.
Get a ton of compliments on it.
I've had this bag for years. And I love it.
However, last year the main top zipper compartment broke. And I have not been able to get it repaired. I'm still trying to find a matching brown zipper so it doesn't look odd.
So now I have a beautiful backpack that is of no use. The point of buying a Rawlings beautiful backpack was that it would last forever. Didn't realize the zipper would break after 4 years.
Bag looks great. but can't use it anymore until I find a matching zipper or I find some other color that won't look so bad. Most of the strong zippers are black. so that would look odd.
